At Baku Prime Apart, we understand that plans can change. To offer flexibility and fairness to all our guests, we follow the cancellation and modification policies outlined by the booking platforms we use.

❌ Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made directly through the platform where the reservation was completed (e.g., Booking.com or Airbnb). Each listing may have its own specific cancellation rules, which are clearly displayed before you finalize your booking.

Please note:

  • Some apartments allow free cancellation up to a certain number of days before arrival.

  • Others may charge a partial or full cancellation fee depending on how close to the check-in date the cancellation is made.

  • Last-minute cancellations may not be refundable.

We advise all guests to carefully review the cancellation terms on the booking page before confirming their reservation.

🔁 Modification Terms

Changes to your reservation — such as check-in dates, number of nights, or number of guests — must also be made through the same booking platform.

Please consider:

  • Modifications are subject to availability and host approval.

  • Prices may vary if you change the number of nights or dates.

  • In some cases, the platform may restrict changes once the check-in date is too close.

If you need assistance, we recommend contacting the host directly through the booking platform’s messaging system for a fast response.
